Hola mi nombre es Diana soy de Costa Rica, e trabajado en nutricion y me gusta mucho saber como comer mis nutrientres correctos  en cada  comida, y me encanta poder  ayudar a las personas a mejorar su estilo de vida. Solo necesita de 35 a 40 Minutos  al dia 3 a 4 veces a la semana, para estar saludable. Yo trabajo, estudio, tengo un niño de 3 años, y puedo ser capaz de tener un horario para que me de tie pro de hacer todas las cosas, al principio es dificil pero una vez que su cuerpo y used se adapta, les van a encantar los resultados. Aqui voy a estar ayudandoles en todo el proceso, si yo puedo, tu puedes. UN DIA A LA VEZ.
